Dr Jagan Billakanti is working as Senior Bioprocess Scientist at Luina Bio, specialising in downstream process development for purification of recombinant proteins from bacteria and yeast for different stages of clinical studies. Before joining at Luina Bio, Jagan completed his PhD and worked as Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Canterbury and Senior Scientist at Callaghan Innovation, New Zealand. He has vast expertise in protein purification, characterisation and new product development for a variety of applications and able to communicate for production of proteins at mg to MT scale quantities.
